When I first thought of drinking these egg whites in my protein shakes I figured I would have to force it down. However, after my first shake I realized these have no taste and the consistancy is not as thick as I had thought. I started only using the egg whites with my shakes (no water) and the PB2 peanut butter for that extra bit of taste. Now I enjoy drinking my shakes and because the volume is less I dont feel too full to go to the gym for a hard workout.
