Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.


Orders of $75 or more excluding Liquids (i.e. Ready-to-Drink Shakes, Bottles/Cans of Liquids and other products packed in liquids.) receive Free Shipping.

If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $75 or more, your order ships FREE! Orders under $75.00 will be charged actual charges. Any order requiring expedited services (e.g. 2nd day delivery, overnight delivery) will be charged actual charges. Orders including liquids will be charged shipping for only that portion of the order that is liquid. does not charge a handling fee for shipping.

Shipping Methods: Generally, all orders are shipped by either UPS, FedEx or USPS. All shipping methods are at the discretion of unless the customer specifically states a preference. Post Office Boxes: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to Post office Boxes. If customers require that we ship to a P.O. Box, the USPS Parcel Post will be used.

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories: Actual Shipping charges will be charged for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.
International: At this time, we do not ship international. If you have a desire to ship International, please contact us directly.

Shipping Times: Order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday. **When estimating transit time, do not include the day the order is shipped. FedEx and UPS do not consider the day the package is picked up as a transit day. UPS and FedEx have general guidelines for transit time. Please consult their websites for updated information.

Summer Shipping Information: We are NOT responsible for the melting of chocolate products while in transit. We pack as well as possible to prevent melting, but once your order leaves us, we are not responsible for weather conditions. No returns, exchanges or credits on protein bars or any products due to melting. If any part of your order should suffer melting or excessive softness because of the heat, unpack the carton contents without touching the individual bars and place the boxes in a refrigerator for about an hour.

How do I return an item? does not allow products to be returned. All sales are final. If you should suffer a loss, please contact our customer service with any issues.
