QuickStart is a medically controlled prescription plan that will range from a minimum of 800 calories/day for women and a minimum of 1,200 to 1,400 calories/day for men.  It includes 100% prescription protein supplemented Sneals® that Dr. Powell personally selects from a range of medically designed nutritional companies to unique niche grocery food companies (Sports nutrition / Organic / Natural products). This breaks down into 6 Sneals® evenly placed throughout the day about every 2 to 3 hours.  On this plan there is no outside food for a reason:  to narrow your stimuli to food, and to aggressively put you into a weight loss/energy burning mode.
